What is the difference between the 60lb Seimens Deka injectors you carry for $225 and the 61lb RC injectors you carry for $340? Are the RC ones that much better?

The RC injectors are flow matched and gauranteed to not have more than 1 cc variance between the injector set.
That's really about it from what I know.

Yes. That would be the main difference.

Do you think the RC ones are worth the extra $115 with my setup? I have the FS/VF Supercharger Kit and will probably be eventually running between 13-15psi.

The 60lb injectors are good enough for what you are doing. If you want better fuel distribution, you can go with the RC injectors. RC offers free 1 year service on the fuel injectors. They will clean the fuel injectors and flow them if needed within that time period.
