Wow, my old rear torque mount. - Focaljet

William,
I got all the new parts thanks again for the excellent service; but the reason I’m posting is CFM new rear engine torque mount.

I was having a few clutch issues; like it was slipping really bad and I had to nurse the car into boost just to enjoy a drive.

Well to make a long story short my clutch is fine, but I can’t say the same for my old VF mount. Now this is one of the first mods I did on my car so I hadn’t given it much thought lately. When you recommended it I didn’t think I should spend the money again, seeing that I had already fixed the problem so I thought.

The new CFM mount is stronger and I really like the one piece bushing, I can finally feel all the torque and power that I’ve been missing.

Then again look at my old rear motor mount.

Who would have thought that all that wheel spin was because of a bad rear mount. I now have that great feeling driving my car again, Thanks William for the recommendation you

That's crazy ridiculous. Looks like I'll have to order one of those next month, I'd hate to see what mine looks like. Glad to hear your shifitng is much improved (because mine sometimes stinks for no reason what-so-ever).

99dot made me a believer! I'm switching to cfm's soon i know I need new mounts because my motor rocks back and forth when I start the car

The new VFs don't have that problem, they beefed them up, that's why I went with one :/

Wow. That sure does not look good. Good to see you upgraded to our c-f-m lower mount.
