Cfm Udp - Focaljet

Hi

I have 2004 ford focus 2ltr and i am in the midle of a engine rebuild and been fitting a set of UDP's i brought from you ages ago and only just getting round to fitting them. thing is i'm not running A/C and where i'm doing that the belt seems to be near a nuff meeting at the water pump where the belt come down from the power streering pump

i was just wondering if i have put the belt on wrong or if thes cant be run with out a/c.
