you check the resistant in ohms if they are low imp they show under 12 ohms if ther are high they usally show above 22oms very rare you will get a reading inbetween that and it read 11.3 ohms so there for they are low

High-impedance injectors usually range from 11 to 16 ohms of impedance, while low-impedance injectors usually range from 0.7 to 5 ohms of impedance. Those are fine.

Impedance
Injector impedance describes the electrical resistance of the solenoid windings. These are usually grouped in two categories:
Low- 1.7 to 3.0 ohms
High- 10 to 16 ohms

There is no injector value file for the 750cc(71lb) injectors already done with sct or diablo for tuning. That means it will take longer to tune the car. A good shop would be able to tune for the larger injectors. A custom tune would just take longer to do. You can talk to focussport, focus power, mcnews, or other people on the focaljet. You can use 71lb injectors on a focus. What looks to be happening is your tuner does not want to spend the extra time to tune for it, as it would be quicker for them to use the 60lb injectors instead. That or he does not have the knowledge or enough experience to tune for the larger injectors.

I use those RC 71lb injectors on my car without any problems. If your tuner wants to spend the time, I am sure he can get the 71lb injectors tuned correctly on our car. Depending on how much hp you plan to make, the 60lb injectors may limit your hp. I plan to make 400fwhp+, and I can tell you the 60lb injectors will not support my hp goals. That is why I went with the larger 71lb injectors.

Well I'm not gonna chime in with anything because I'm no expert on injectors, but he's right. If your tuner spends the time to tune it, it can be done. Case in point, I have 42lb injectors and had to return my car to stock for alittle while(took my turbo kit off) well instead of replacing the injectors FS sent me a new tune so I could run those injectors without any problems, and after 250 miles of driving with em in a stock car, no problems
