The J&S Safeguard is an advance knock control system. This unit retards timing from the cylinder that has detonation. It can be set to retard all or individual cylinders. It has option for max retard 10 degrees or 20 degrees. This unit has a sensitivity knob, which can be set to prevent false knob from being detected. This is also good for someone who wants to push the limits on their tune, but wants to make sure they don't damage their engine from detonation.
