Exclamation My A/C knobs were...

I just got my Steeda knobs yesterday, and I am disappointed. they are very poorly done. The center knob the Steeda emblem is upsidedown. One of the small knobs has a crack on the back from ALL of them have deep circular grooves on the face from the machining process, which I could fix everything but the off-center hole.

Should I send them all back or could you send me the two correctly done?

These a/c knobs are machined and not polish, so it would have the marching marks on them. They do not offer the polished ones for some reason for the Focus. I looked at the a/c knobs we have here, and I also noticed the Steeda logo was upside down on the center one. I am trying to find out why is that. It would be best to return those back to us, so we can credit you back for it. I am going to have to Steeda look into offering polished ones. I am also going to recommend that they changed how they are designing them now.

Thank you. I will hold onto these and take them to the machinist at work and see about polishing them.

Ok I am sending them back to you on Friday.
If possible I would like the non-Steeda A/C Knobs
and could you check them for straitness.
Polishing is not important now. I can polish them myself if needed.
Thankyou!
