Would you consider core exchanges for a few bucks off?

These are brand new billet gears, not modified stock ones.

It is design to last as long as the stock gears, but the main difference being these will handle higher rpms.

It is not that hard to install. Somone will need to take the stock gears out and put the new gears in.

I'm curious why you deleted the "no core exchanges" comment. Have you changed your mind?

We have customers that rev their engines over 8,000 rpms with these gears. Someone would need our billet oil pump gears, upgraded valvetrain, and a upgraded clutch kit.

Someone needs to make sure that their pressure plate will hold up to the task. If someone has an svtf, any of the new clutch kits from Clutch Masters or Spec kits would be able to do it. If someone has an focus zetec mtx75, I would recommend the Clutch Masters FX650 or the Exedy Stage 3 hyper single.

It is also imported to upgraded the valvetrain to make sure their is no valve float. I would recommend doing at least this on the zetec.

Sorry, we are not offering that. We recommend using new parts only. Someone can buy just the billet oil pump gear for us if they do not want to buy the complete assembly.

I figured you guys would want the old housing so you could refinish them with the new gears and sell them complete. Cheaper than buying new housings and modifying them. Are there other wear parts in there? I haven't ever taken one apart.

If there aren't any other wear parts, I don't see why not.

When we are calculating our price on the high performance oil pump, we are currently not charging any additional money for labor. We just do it as our billet oil pump gear and Ford oil pump, which means we actually loose some profits in doing that package. If we looked into using used oil pump cores, we would have to charge for labor to inspect and clean and see if can be used, so it would end up being more money, so that is why we only use new ones.
