leather shift knob - Focaljet

does it just spin on like the oem one or is it like the universal fit ones.
i have a 01 zx3 and was wondering if it would work with the steeda shift kit.

I have this knob it is not real leather it feels kind of like the stock one. Im pretty sure it is the same knob out of the 05-06 mustangs but I am not 100% sure.
And as for putting it on I have the fc short shifter and you just have to push down hard while twisting at the same time.
