Just took delivery at the beginning of May '09:
2009 Brilliant Silver Metallic SES sedan; D20E PZEV engine (got a car shipped up from Oregon where the California engines can be had on special order – not available directly in Washington dealerships). SYNC and rear stabilizer bar as part of the SES trim. MTX-75 manual trans. Will post a couple of pictures once I've had time to take them from RAW to JPEG in Photoshop. Mods: 17x7 Focus Rally wheels from the SES Coupe in stainless paint, wrapped in Kumho Solus 215/45R17s (feh! gotta wear these out soon so I can justify spending on better rubber!); ABS with AdvanceTrac option. That's it as delivered. Planned mods for the first year (gotta stay within warranty, tho'): better rubber (see above, looking at Pirelli/Michelin options for performance all-seasons, as it gets wet and cold in the mountains around here. Will buy real snow tires on 15s or 16s for winter time!); FS front top strut brace; throttle body ground wire; Boston Acoustics 6x8s. Debating the pros and cons for later: FRPP Torsen limited-slip diff; poly lower rear motor mount; 1 inch or so lowered suspension (better looks vs. enough ground clearance for driving on some pretty sketchy Forest Service roads up in the Cascade Mountains? Tough call.) Then might try to scrape up the cash to get the darker stainless-tinted grille bars as on the Coupe, along with the tinted headlight/taillight lenses, to go with the rally wheels. Infinity powered sub, maybe.
