Default PA alternator problem...

Hello...

I ordered the PA alt. for the zetec.. its installed but when I went to install the oem belt... it seems to be too short... and the alt. pulley seems to be larger then the pulley that was on the oem alternator...

Ive cranked the tensioner around to the point where it wont move anymore and the belt still wont slide over the pulley...

your site says direct replacement with no modification and im running the oem ford belt from tousley...

Any ideas?
