what would hp/torque numbers look like with 12:1 comp ratio and cat cams 2291016 the 4500 to 8500 rpm range with a borla catback, off road pipe, aem intake, 67mm throttle body, and underdrive pulleys?

Around 200. There was a guy from the UK who posted here running 12.5:1 with ITBs, same cams, ported head, and 3" exhaust who made 227whp. He put the engine into an Escort or something.

There are many variables, but I would say CaysE is about right.
