Top 10 Quarter mile times! As of 11-11-07

With the start of the 2006 racing season, and some discussion between the governing body of FJ, we have decided to re-introduce the top 10 1/4 mile times list. To have your time submitted to the list, here is what you need to do:

- Send an Email to fjquartermiletimes@gmail.com. Please label the email with your screenname and time ran, and please include the following:

-visual proof of your time. photo of the timeslip, scan and/or Photocopy, or a video will do.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF, YOU WILL NOT BE ON THE LIST. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

-Your screenname, real name, year and model of focus, and a list of your mods at the time the run was done.

-please include your location and the track the time was done at.

I will try to keep the list as up to date as possible. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, feel free to send an email or to pm me. Changes may be made while I fine tune this, so please bare with me.

Edit: please only submit entries for yourself. If you know of a fast focus, then bug them to send an email, but please do not submit entries for anyone other than yourself.

TOP TEN QUARTER MILE TIMES

1. dragfocus 10.91@135.8
ZX2 bottom end, CGI block with esslinger 4 bolt mains, O-Ringed deck, JE pistons, Crower rods, a moldex billet crank. ZX3 Roush WRC Head, with square ports and a much better port angle than stock, cosworth buckets, web cams and custom springs. It has a sheet metal intake, a 3" mustang throttle body, a custom Kiwi exhaust manifold and down pipe, Barnes oil dry sump, custom fuel rail, and a Weldon fuel pump. The Turbo is a T4with a tial waste gate and blow off. This is connected to a Quaif 6 spd trans with a tilton triple carbon clutch, with Sway-Away 300m axles, 935 CV’s connected to 2 15/10.5/28 MT slicks. The rear end is a custom Strange strut and brake assembly. One piece carbon Kevlar front end with a Jerry Bickle mount kit. Custom Bickle wheelie bars. Aluminum dash and door panels with Defi gauges and a sparco seat. This car is still a unibody.
