Default Cosworth Intake Manifold Owners Help

For any of you who have installed the Cosworth intake manifold do you think that you might be able to help me with a sensor of off your old intake manifold. I think that my intake manifold runner control module is going bad. I was wondering if any of you might have that module that you could give me or sell me? Here is a link to a picture of it. It sits below the throttle body. Any help would much be appreciated!

What tells you that it is going bad? Codes?

Not pulling a code. Every once in a while that module is closing and stalling out the car. It make a purge sound in the intake. I have seen it when it is idleing and that sensor is opening for a second and it almost stalls out the car. Sometimes when I am driving it will happen and kill the engine, the rest of the time it just drops the rpm's down to like 300 then comes back up.

Have you set up a tune for this engine with Cos manifold? These are tuning issues.

What aftermarket intake are you using? And is there a tune to go with your FC throttle body?

I am using a k&n CAI and a Cosworth TB. I have a tune for my mods and when I go back to stock the problem is worse.

what engine, 2.0 or 2.3? is this a dyno tune or mail order tune? who did the tune?

it might be that the tune needs to be tweeked alittle. its been a while but i remember hearing that these ecu's where a learning type ecu so you may want to inplug the battery overnight and see if the problem goes away, if that is, this problem hapened since the tune.
