my weapon r one seems to work well.. not expensive either. and it looks like it will hold a lot of oil before it needs to be changed.

So... what was the story with the old turbo? Why did you get a new one?

Also where does FS get that fancy compressor housing...? I want a gt28r but I dont want to have to deal with the silly 2- and 3-bolt flanges.

old turbo is in good condition.. it has 80K plus miles on it. my thought was new motor new turbo, new.. new.. new... that way I wouldnt have to worry about replacing it soon down the road.. Id start fresh with almost all parts.

Yes quite interested indeed. I'll be in touch in a while. Lots better than getting flange-to-hole adapters for these guys:

I was catching up, but then hit a snag and had to order a new water pump and throwout bearing. Got to wait for those before I can drop it in.
