Not sure if anyone has found/used them yet, I haven't seen any discussion of them and I followed the RS discussion thread religiously. I bought them a while back with the hopes of widening/staggering some EAPs (I knew I would need spacers, and hate the look of spacers so this would cut down on the size spacer I needed to run in the rear).
I'm almost positive that these are how the RS gets its 40mm wider rear track width.
It's mostly all Ford parts. I know the spacers themselves are Ford of Europe parts, 20mm per side, and so are the rivets
The kit I bought came with 2 spacers, 8 new bolts, and 4 rivets.
How it gets installed:
-Remove the whole rear hub/brake/spindle assembly from the car
-Rivet the spacer plates to the trailing arm to hold them there
-Reinstall everything like before, but use the new bolts to bolt on the spindle because they are longer.
The place I bought the kit from no longer sells it, unfortunately. I won't be using my kit, but it's already going to a new home (a 5 lug 08 Focus)
Technical info:
The bag of rivets was from Ford.
As are the spacers
And the bolts are from I don't know where. They just came wrapped up with the other stuff
If you guys want any more specific info on them (like any specific numbers) let me know asap as I'll be shipping these out most likely on Monday and won't have access to them anymore
