Sorry I don't have any pics. Because one I don't wanna do it again and two I don't have a digital camera. But I'll try and explain the best I can.
First you're gonna need tools: I used a 1/4in socket wrench w/ 7mm, 8mm and a deep ended 1/2in sockets, a long extention to reach one bolt, a flat head and a phillips screw drivers and a 1/2in open ended wrench. 1) Start off by jacking the car up and putting jack stands up (cause you'll be under there for awhile and you DON'T want that jack to fail on you). 2) Take you're socket wrench w/ a 7mm socket and take off the screws to the splash guard. There will be eight. Six will be spread out along the rim of the bumper and the other two will be (one on each side) in the fender wells. Then take your phillips head screwdriver and CAREFULLY unscrew the two plastic screws in the front of the splash gaurd, then unscrew the three screws in the middle. After that just slide the splash gaurd out from under the car. 3) I started on the right side first cause it was the easiest. You will see the back side of the lens and it will have two black 1/2in nuts on the back. First take the bulb conector off by turning it counter-clockwise and pulling it straight out. Then take your socket wrench w/ a deep ended 1/2 socket. Unscrew the 2 black nuts off the back of the lens (they should come right off). There will be two clips holding the lens in place. Just bend those back enough to slide the lens out and put your new one in it's place. Replace the bulb that should come with the lenses. Take those 1/2in black nuts and CARFULLY tighten them back on (cause after all this work so far, you don't wanna have to wait for a new lens ). You're done with this side.4) Time to tackle the filter to the intake (basicly here comes the bitch). First take off the fog light housing using a 1/2in deepended socket on the right nut and a 1/2in wrench on the left nut. Gently pull the plastic clips to the side and slide the fog light houseing off. Trust me you're gonna need it off. Then take your flat headed screwdriver and unscrew the clamp that holds the filter to the MAF tube. 5) There will be three 8mm screws to take out for the filter. One towards the front of the car, one towards the back and the other one straight up from the one towards the back. Start with the one towards the front. Remember taking off that fog lamp houseing, stick your hand in the open hole and hold the socket wrench in place while you SLOWLY unscrew the bolt. Once you have that one off take care of the one towards the back. Then take your long extention and go after the bolt that's straight up. 6) You'll find that the filter is still hanging there. There will be two rubber clips that holds the filter to another tube that runs over the wheel well. Again, one towards the front the other one towards the back. Slip your hand in there and unclip the clips. The filter should come off. 7) Now with that outta the way, do the same thing that you did on the right side installing the new lens. 8) In a reverse method put everything back together and reap the spoils of all your hard work. This is a very extensive way to do this. If someone come up with a better way, more power to them. I give this as an example on how to do this. My suggestion whould be to wait untill you buy an intake, so you don't have to do it twice . If you have any questions please PM me.

yeah, i just did this with my buddy matt, and it was a b**ch to say the least. The passanger side one was super easy of course, but the intake was in the way of the driver side. i have a steeda sri but there was a chunk of the old intake we hadn't taken out that was useless so it was nice to finally get it out of the way, but hold crap did we have to fight to get it off!

Just finished installing mine. I have skinny arms so I could fish my way up there. They really clean up the appereance of the car, especially when you car is a white/grey/black.
