window tinting, show me what you got - Focaljet

i m thinking of doing window tinting but not sure which % is going to look exactly like in the picture..
done some photoshop work.

and also, if you don't mind sharing your pic of focus, post and tell me what % it is.

I can't exactly remember what the % of my tint was, but I go by limo specifications

My car is 2 shades below limo in the front, and one shade below limo in the back. This is a good compromise between driveability and coolness. Just make sure you find a good place.

I go to a place called "mr. tint" in escondido. If you ever come to san diego they come very highly recommended! Nothing but quality from all the cars I have referred to them. I would recommend spending a little extra wherever you go and getting one of the more expensive tint jobs. They make a huge difference on sunlight strength and stuff. I did my whole car for 215 with the second to best quality tint. Still looks awesome after 60000 miles!

5% lemo tint is kinda too dark for me..
i drive mostly when it gets dark outside..

OOoo!!1! since this thread is on tints, I have a question. I too am thinking about getting my front windows retinted. I used to have 35% but it was WAY dark, and my friend also has 35% but its not as dark, is there different types of tints, like is there two kinds of tint scales? I still have the dark as hell tint in the rear, but nothing up front. whats a good light tint to have up front? sorry to jack the thread.

35% should be good. Since the locals are finally starting to notice my tint, I need to remove my front windows, and have them tinted lighter. I'm gonna go 35%, and leave the back 3 20%.

I guess I'm the only one with 5% all around. It look nice but it's REALLY hard to see out of at night.

My buddy has 5% all around on his Cobalt and he has to open up a door to back up anywhere at night because it's too hard to see. To me it's just not worth it, and when the time comes I'll be going with 35%

It has nothing to do with the car being high class or anything Lamborghini-worthy, it's just a matter of it being too dark to see unless it's in a very well-lit parking lot

i know.. i m just saying regular door latches is not a good idea to open door while back up..but lamborgini, they have to open door to see, and it still looks good and not even dangerous..
