euro tail light wiring help 2000 zx3 - Focaljet

hello yes i have looked at the "how to" but its for 02-05 and on my 00 i dont have the GENERIC ELECTRONIC MODULE in the same place. does anyone know where it is?

or how to do this mod on a 2000 zx3
