Might just be the projector too... I'm sure there's a difference in quality between a Lexus projector and something Ford would put out... Might have something to do with clarity? ...I dunno

Doesn't matter anyway, the Mach HID's are awesome headlights and the stock 4300 bulbs less than pure white or not are nice.....any HID over 6000k might as well be halogen.

You havent understood a thing, it has nothing at all about if his car looks god, its about that putting Xenons in halogen reflectors is dangerous for oncoming traffic.

And i cant stand se a smuck brag about his dangerous mod for oncoming trafic, just cause he cant afford real xenons.

I want xenons to but hell if im going to risk others lives or my own just to get a little better headlights.

I dont know about the laws in US But in Norway its illegal to have aftermarket mounted Xenons, i guess and hope it is that to in US

You can be ticketed for them here if the police officer sees fit.

And regardless of who's friend this guy is, he had no right to come on here and rip other people's cars. He said it himself in that thread that everyone can have an opinion...so guess what...

EVERYONE IS EXPRESSING THEIR OPINIONS.

The only difference is that he could be putting lives as risk and most people draw the line right there.

looks good..but like said...without the proper built shield the light will scatter a bit on non projector headlights... i too have st170's...i too have hid's..however i took mine apart and installed a reflector shield similar to the ones in the nissan maxima's headlights and it looks a lot better not to mention safer...anyone in san antonio can tell ya..mine dont blind anyone...really they dont...you just gotta put in the time to do it right...just installing them is just 1/4 of the work to get good quality and safe HID conversion headlights.

Looks good though...i dig the green focus...headlights look great...just look into the shield thing for them and im sure you will be satisfied...not to mention everyone else too....HID's is a touchy subject...but you got to see where they are coming from and just dont take it the wrong way...some are bashing the lights..but some are just giving advise...

btw...8k is no where near white...5k is more like it...but the blue dont look half bad...id get blue city lights too..so you dont have that yellow hue in with the blue while the lights are on

oh and LAY OFF THE RICERS everyone!!!!!!! they are not all bad....yeh they have some that do stupid pathetic stuff to thier cars...but from what i have seen Focus owners are just as bad sometimes.......i just dont get the ricer thing...you see something you feel is stupid and its automatically RICER....

Plain and simple, do it right, or don't do it at all.

Love the light output. For a sec there in the first pic, I thought you had projectors.
