Default Upper grille options

Okay, sure that this has been asked before but I did a search and came up with zilch, so I will ask again.

I just bought a 2003 SVT with the HID headlights. Love the headlights, but hate the grille. How do I rig up the headlights to turn on parking lights so I can delete the parking lights in the grille? Who sells lampless grilles in the SVT honeycomb? Or would I be better off trying to find something else?

hey mike. dont worry. just get a euro grille from CFM or someone.

your wired up front the factory already to run without the parking grille lights. just unplug them once you get a euro upper grille! thats it. you wont get a fast flash with them.

why dont u ever ask me these questions instead of posting them?

Wurd. I dunno, I like to hear what lots of people say about things rather than get just one opinion. Not that I don't trust you or anything, but that's the way I roll.

BTW, I guess I'm now officially eligible to join the Red Army.

Noone makes a lense-less honeycomb grille.

But any euro grille will look great. 98 Euro, ST170, or RS. Even some aftermarket places sell badgeless euro grilles.

So basically I'm looking at the euro-style crosshatch pattern only? Do they make something comparable for the lower grille? Sorry to ask so many questions, but I am brand new to the SVT community.

Really, Ford never made any honeycomb grille with no signals for the Focus. All the euro grilles will look good with the honeycomb bottom grille. I'm sure someone can post their SVT with different grilles. It don't look bad. To the untrained eye, noone will notice.

Right on, thanks. I was just afraid that (without seeing one with my own eyes) there would be a big, noticeable difference between the two and that I would be looking like I had piecemealed something together to make it work. Maybe I'll talk to CFM and see what they have.
