okay what are you wanting to do?? Just change the wiper bleades??
Its a cinch. there is just a little clip on the blade at its pivot point which you press then slide off the blade. Then just slide on the new one. Hopefully thats what you needed to hear!

Don't do it. It's the most played out ricey thing you can do. Ford gave you two wiper blades for a reason...use them.

Front or rear wipers?
If the rear wipers are what you're referring to, Euro wipers look fantastic. |

In my opinion it's an outdated trend that now just looks "ricey" and "cheap", unless it comes factory on the vehicle
Pick up a set of Bosch iCons or Valeo Ultimates for your front wipers and a Mazda3/Ford Edge/Nissan Quest rear wiper for a clean look all-around that outperforms stock -Brian

^^^Haha, exactly. Maybe once you factor in the linkage and the arm and blade, I don't know, two pounds at the most?

Seriously dude, you'd be better off skipping seconds at dinner time or taking a healthy poop before a "race" than looking ricey with the weight savings that'd give you

I like to take unhealthy poops.
I don't remember who it is, but he says that "weight reduction begins with the driver". It's one of the dudes on these forums, and that's pretty true. Nothing like seeing the fat dude who drives the Corvette who tells you that his all-titanium exhaust saves 30 pounds over stock.

Are you serious? You should take out your windshield, save you more weight than a wiper blade ![]() |

Shaving 1 wiper blade isn't going to make you faster. If you want to shave anything, shave your right arm, so you can shift faster. There will be less wind resistance.

It's only cool if you set the wiper so it stops in the middle of the windshield when not in use...Otherwise you're a poser. Oh and make sure you get a chrome wiper with more blades than a shick quattro with those little wiper blade spoilers from autozone, those are a MUST HAVE for racing. LED wiper knozzles are lighter than stock too.

Hmm, Kind of off topic, but, wasn't there someone on here who replaced their blades, and arms with ones off of a VW Rabbit?

Motors? Plural? It's one assembly. We are laughing because all you would be able to remove is the wiper arm and blade. So...2lbs? - Drew
