What about the wireing inside the headlight? im about to start this and im scared about the plug and the wireing

I baked my old '00 headlights and just made sure to check them every minute or so, but the wiring and everything held up just fine. You have to remember that the engine bay can be a pretty hot place too

the engine bay, yes, but also, the lights themselves give off a good heat. You light up that bulb and put your hand in front of it. you'll burn it. I put my projector lights in an oven heated to 150 C and left them there for approx 15 mins. Perfect time, you can peel them right apart after that.

I'd recommend putting them on a baking sheet so they have a flat surface under them, so you dont risk melting a bunch of lines into the bottom of them on the oven shelf... They'll be fine, just dont go watch tv and forget them in the oven.
