my friend at work had an extra blue LED so i through it in the one side and it looked to bright i think. idk if id be drawing un-needed attention or get tickets for it. and then of course i dropped my bulb and dont know where it went, its a PITA to get my hand up in there so im just trying to figure out what bulb i wanna put back in there. wondering if a white LED would look cool or not.

www.hoen-usa.com

try them. I want to get a set so they match the H.I.D.'s better, along with the fogs, but I dont remember off hand which fog's to get. xenonmatch i think.

Right now I'm running some from Wal-Mart. They were blue in color, but are a type of "hyper white" and they dont look TOO bad right now. Had them for a few years, and they still work.

I use some little blue bulb in my ST170's. Has a silverstar style white/bluish tint to them.

I can change them with the lights in the car, It's not terribly easy but I have done it a couple times.

Oh, I know.

I just have to remove them to swap to cleaner lenses anyway

Last time I had mine off I tried an amber bulb and it looked really dim. I might buy an LED white bulb to put in there.

I changed all mine over to hyper white LED's....even my stock taillights i found 3157's with 57 led's in them. I think it looks way better at night...I also put Hyper-yellow bulbs in driving lights.

I am running amber 194 LED's, along with hyperwhite clear turn signal bulbs in my MACH's. I have the grille lights completely blacked out, no nightshade. I think that it looks really good.
