Not bad. Haven't seen 09 hoods yet. Blacking out the grill looks 10x better than that ugly chrome crap. Any plans to do the headlights too?

Yea, it should look better with that drop, and tinting of the headlights. might as well do that chrome trim around the tail lights while you're at it. then save up for a turbo.

Im not gonna tint the lights. Im just gonna wait till somebody comes up with a nice set of aftermarket taillights and headlights. As for the drop.....I am in the process of saving up for the FRPP suspension kit, then Im going to get the pro-kit from eibach. Im trying to save up for school at the same time. That will be easier now thanks to the new post-911 gi bill. As for the turbo .....Thats a whole different story. I am still trying to make a dent in my turbo fund. lol. By next year, I hope to have the drop, Body kit, Spoiler, CAI, Turbo, Magnaflow Catback, and maybe new lights. Just plans for now. lol

You should also try putting some color matched vinyls on the sides of that hood taht come down and match the inside edge of the headlight. It would tie it in more with the car and give it less of a "tuner" look

About the tails, I meant pull them apart, and black out the chrome part, then seal em back up. I know they can be a PITA but it would be so worth it. And as for the "Turbo Fund" Yea, I haven't made a dent in mine either. I bought my SVT new, and always said to my friends that I wasn't going to mod it till it got paid off. I was too protective of my car I guess you could say.....New Car + Warranty = but like I said, I was worried about getting it paid off first. Had to make sure it was "Mine" before I put any real money into it. I've seen 2 of my friends to over their heads modding their car's and fell behind on the payments (morons).....ANYWAY, back on topic.

Yeah. I might tint the lights. I dunno. Im gonna replace them with aftermarket lights when they come out. I might look into pulling the taillights apart and blacking it out. Thanks for the suggestion. I know what you mean. I have the warranty on mine now, too. Im trying to make sure they are mods that wont screw up the warranty.

It looks nice. Was it a pain to install? IMO installing anything under the hood is a nail biter.

I like the Invader hood too except (here is where most folks on the Jet will call me crazy) I think carbon fiber hoods look better on Black cars. It is something about the subtle contrast between the Black paint and carbon weave that sets it off. Still the car is on its way. Any exterior pics of it on a brighter day?

Thanks. Actually, it was really easy to install. The factory airbox is freaking huge. lol. I love the way CF looks on any car. It sets it apart from everything else on the street. I will have to take some pics of it on a sunny day. We have had alot of sun here in Memphis lately. ITS HOT!!!!!

I know im gonna get crap for this, but Im fairly new to the world of tuning. Here it goes..................If I buy the dynamic damper kit from frpp that comes with shocks and struts, what else would I need? Would I only need lowering springs to put on with the kit? Any advice would be much appreciated for this nube.
