Friday befor FOTB - Focaljet

Anyone going up the friday before FOTB? I am not sure when I will arrive but I am leaving OC about 5:45 or so. Anyone interested in meeting up to chill?

We are, but man leaving at 5:45 is crazy. I'm going for early as possible.

My job prohibits leaving early due to the fact of may issues that I can not explain. If I could get the day off I wold leave Bright and early like I did for FOTB04 when I had my old job.

We hope to roll in sometime in the afternoon on Friday but it all depends on how far we make it on Thursday. My plan is to make it to Flagstaff Thursday and then have about 560 miles to drive on Friday to make it to Goleta. If we leave Flagstaff at 7am Friday, hopefully that will put us in Goleta around 4ish?

Yeah, you better have a loaded iPod or just plain like sitting in traffic. You're better off leaving at 7:30 or 8, then you'll just fly right through.

Jason, it all depends on which way you'll be coming into LA, and what time. I recommend a round-about way that will have less traffic

That makes you go around LA, and mostly against traffic that's heading out of town, or home from work. I'd have you go across the 138 out of Victorville, but it's under construction and still 2-lanes (takes forever)

My flight lands around 11 in Burbank. So Carl and I should be there shortly, unless I inadverdantly take a detour to NV.

I won't be watching the DVD.. I might have a passenger with me.. but I know I can't watch while I drive so I will just play all the albums on my ipod.
