Default My FOTB Family Adventure

lots of pics but a good story in my opinion.
left the house about 9:30 hit up Micky Deez.

1st stop the filmore fish hatchery:

showin my boy how to make the fish jump:

momma and the baby:

doin the crane kick:

then back on the road.

next stop FOTB:

on the road again up to the santa barbra mission where some dude on a suzuki gsxr proceeded to eat **** right in front of us and interrupt a wedding ceremony. too buisy helping him out to take pictures. since i figured i did my good deed for the day we skipped the mission tour and headed to state street to get our grub on and do some shopping as well as check out the local art.

posing for the camera:

big wind chime:

ridin the dolphins:

my mom finally found a boyfriend her age!(is that ben franklin?):

it was either ice cream or an anus:

i lost my keys but some one found them:

its a whale of a tail:

my baby girl petting the locals:

yeah thats a rat layin on a cat layin on a dog:

then it was back in the car and over to the santa barbra pier. but before we could get going my wifey had the great idea that we would rent one of these things that you have to pedal. let me tell you right now its harder than it looks. we cruised the beach for about mile before we had to stop and get ice cream. then we turned back and headed to the pier.

best part was sittin still:

gettin eatin by a whale:

chasing the birds:

pirates ahoy matie:

the fam gettin ready to leave:

so on the walk back to the car my daughter is all in my grill about not getting to swim i tried to explain to her that i didnt realy like the look or the smell of the water at that beach but she realy wasnt having any of it:

the long walk to the car:

so about 10 min into the ride she falls asleep. and i happen to come up on carpenteria beach i pull off the freeway and find a good spot, wake the baby girl up and commence the fun!!!

mom wifey and baby boy:

jmac tryin to skim board:

posers:

couldnt keep him out of the water:

and the best picture of all.
doin it KUNG FU PANDA STYLE:

we didnt leave the beach until about 8:45 everyone was happy and it was time to head home.

back in the car

5 mins later:

we made one more stop at micky deez for some grub and headed home. great day fun trip and a lifetime of memories. i may not have stayed at the show long but FOTB provided me with a whole days worth of fun.
thanks to all

Wonderful pics! Those fish hatcheries are quite a bit of fun, my wife had one near her home in Pennsylvania.
