Default Focus Challenege Participants - Please Read

There seems to be alot of confusion as to how the focus challenge website works and how to sign up for events.
The Focus Challenge is a seperate entity that runs within the Redline Track Event. So signing up via the Redline website does NOT enter you into the Focus Challenge portion of it. Your times will not be logged nor will they be posted.

To successfully log in and enter a Focus Challenge event do the following.

------Logging In to the Focus Challenge Site------[*]Go to http://www.focuschallenge.com[*][For New Users]Click on the Register Link at the bottom of the page and enter your information. You will get an email to confirm your request to join. Once you click on the confirmation link, your account will be activated.[*]Click on Login and enter your user and password

------Configure your Handicap------[*]Login to Focus Challenge[*]Click on the "Challenge" link (which will only be visible if you have logged in)[*]Click on Categories to the left to configure each portion of your handicap.[*]Hold Ctrl to select multiple mods currently on your car.[*]If you need to clear your mods for that category and start over Click Clear in the upper right corner.[*]Click on Details (Replaces the Challenge Link when you are in configuration mode). To see all other users configurations.

------Sign-Up For an Event------[*]Login to Focus Challenge[*]Click Events[*]If you have not signed up for any of the events listed, a "sign-up" button will appear.[*]Click Sign-Up and enter your information as well as your car number.[*]Once you've signed up, the "pay" button will appear and you will be able to pay via paypal.

Let me know if you guys have any questions. There's not much to it.

Yo,
I couldn't figure out the challenge site, so signed up and paid with Redline. What does it cost for the challenge, do I just ignore the paypal at the end, after registering?

I'm getting ready to follow your instructions now.

This thread is no longer valid, please check with Nik and Ron (draxas and focaljet1) for handicap configuration.

If we already did this, do the results still count or do we have to re-do this?

thefrush,

is there any way for you to login to the site and determine your handicap prior to this weekend? Or do you expect your handicap to change between FOTB and the FC event?

I've never seen a Handicap that high before... What car are you planning on competing with?

The Azenis and SVT Suspension should bring your handicap down some (hurt you)..... But maybe not... I think my handicap is around a 5... so that means my car should be 5 seconds faster than yours..... I suppose I could see that happening.

When is everyone's handicap verified?
Will there be a more accurate calculation at the event?
