So if you win an event and are given an extra 1 point off your handicap (as a penalty).... what happens at the next event when you dont win? How much of that penalty is removed based on what position you finish?

2nd-3rd no change
4th -.25
5th -.50
6th -.75
7th and below - 1.0

????

I was going to leave the penalty for all time. Being that others will win and will get penalized as well! I dunno what do you think?

I think the penalty needs to dissapear at some point. Perhaps like a point on your driving record. After 3 more races it goes away?

Otherwise, a few years down the road the newbie will show up and win because everyone else has winning penalties.

Well I'm putting as little work into this as possible. This isn't really my thing, so for now I'm goign to leave it as is. The rules are up to Nik and ron.

One question: How do I delete a "mug" shot I posted that was too big. Doh?!

You can't delete a mug shot, just upload another one. I am going to write a bit of code that automatically deletes any files that are not being used.
