Painted Stock 15" Wheels 2001 Focus - Focaljet

My son experimented with painting his stock wheells today, and I thought I'd share the results.

Looks good to me

. Now he just needs to paint the drums and calipers

Actually, they look better without the center cap on.

. You've got a nice looking ZX3 there. I have a 2000 SE wagon myself, in dark blue, with the same wheels. I am thinking they may look good in dark charcoal, or bronze. I'll have to learn how to use photoshop to play around with the look

Well, I broke down and painted my wheels on the weekend. I decided to go dark charcoal, rather than black. I'm letting the paint cure for 24 hours before I installl them. I'll post some photos once they are back on the car.

I also took a bunch of photos as a 'how to", if anyones interested. I'll post a link to those also. It's time consuming, but i think it's worth it.
