Will i high pressure car wash with soap be good enough to clean my aftermarket wheels, if i can't get around to washing them buy hand? to remove the brake dust? for temporary cleaning or would i be best to take make time to wash them by hand

You'll have better results by hand....but a car wash will help get some of the grime off.
Even if I can't scrub my wheels, I'll atleast wipe them down after cleaning to get any extra crud off. dave.

Buy you some slotted and drilled rotors....lol that took away alot of my dust problems.....also better brake pads...
