I'm going to do my best to make it up there, guaiz!! This 09 may just be my next car...we'll see, though.

On another note, I think a WHOLE LOT of congratulations are in order to FocusSport for this whole situation. Very obviously you guys were chosen for this do to your hard work and determination to increase the profile of the Focus tuner market. Ford Motor Company seems to have noticed this as well to a greater extent than they have before, and it seems as if now your hard work is REALLY paying off. I'm excited to hear about the amount of publicity you're going to get for this. First the STC show, which was great publicity in the tuner market, and now this Reveal. My guess is that it will be publicized further than a show on Speed, and the name FocusSport will become a household name to more than just the tight-knit crew of Focus enthusiasts. Once again, Congrats, guys, you deserve it for what you have done in the Focus world. (And VW's too) It couldn't happen to a better crew of guys. Great job!!!!

The gig will start at 11am. I don't think we'll be taking the orange car out since its not supposed to be driven on the street.

Also, we appreciate the kind words from everyone, but I seriously doubt this will be a FocusSport exclusive reveal for the US and Canada. There are no press being invited to this except for Focaljet so that would lead me to believe that there is something set up for the press.

I'm very curious to see what Ford does for the '09 though and will definitely be checking out [FJ] later on in the day fully expecting to see a ton of pictures

Don't get your hopes up. Do you really think that Ford would redesign the car completely after the 08 has only been out 1 year. Wishfull thinking though.

No but Ford in the past has put on new frontend clips on cars only after a year or two of production...check out the 1997and 1998 Lincoln Contenial for an example...

Same with the 05 Focus update. I would imagine that there are just some visual upgrades...maybe a painted grille...things like that. Like a SAP.
