upper and lower? yes. as far as location they really dont have anything to do with each other, from what i know. ive been wrong before. i have an upper and cant wait to get my lower

Just redid my entire suspension again...i was unsatisfied with my last setup i did in december.

Once some pics are up and a few more reviews are in from those who've installed it, i may pick one up in a while!

Alright I got a picture of the bar on a ZETEC just so people can see how & where it fits on the car. Sorry the pictures not the greatest but atleast it gives you an idea.

are there any clearance issues with lowered vehicles?

The location of the bar is in-line with the a-arms which means you cant really hit a speed bump with it even if your car was lowered. It's really in a good location. Also I measured it and it looks like it sits about .75" lower than the subframe.

install only takes about 45 mins if ur doing by yourself...i just finsihed mine about 5 mins ago...very easy install

it took me about 20 min, it took me longer becuase of the control arm bolt
