Built short block at 9.2:1 CR, with a ported head, stock cams, shimmed springs for more seat pressure, 42s, ported JRSC supercharger, port matched intake, 180 thermostat, and ORP. I am guessing the car has the BBK as well, since it's got a blue pulley. Has a P-MAS MAF with cone filter.
Dyno graph is below. As you can see, SAE numbers are 214/164. You can see how well the porting is, because it's still going up in hp even at 7500 rpms. I set the A/F at about 11.7 all the way across, and timing is 19 total at WOT. Now normally I tune non-I/C blower cars at about 16 total, but in searching the forums it seems that these cars can take a little more with a lower CR piston setup. The previous tune (which was on the stock motor) was actually seeing 26 total, and I felt that was way too much. So I was shooting for about 19-20 total and it seemed to like it.
Boost hits just about 8 psi, which I figure is right for the BBK with a ported head, since the porting will drop your boost about 2 psi.
I was hoping for more power, but after thinking about it and looking at other SVTF JRSC dyno sheets (stock and built), I think my numbers seems pretty good. A stock SVT has more compression ratio and the BBK usually makes 10 psi with a stock head, so my setup is giving up some hp from less boost and less CR, but yet makes the same power as a car with more boost and CR. I could add more boost to it and easily get to the 250whp range, but since it's a DD and I really don't go WOT often, I don't see the need (right now).
