Default The Turbo Manifold Thread

Please post pics of your manifold here for all to see. Plase only post details about your manifold, NO DRAMA IN THIS THREAD PLEASE!!!!!

Here's mine it's a log style all stainless. We used cast schedule 40 elbows and tee's so hopefully it wont't ever crack. They are some nice beefy units that had the same bore as the exhaust port so no bottle necking down.

Hey, be nice jdh0526. LOL
Look at the date on that pic. The only thing out there at the time was the Aerocharger I believe.

Take a look at this one.

My schedule 40 adapter got posted!

I never did use it, if someone is willing to see if it actually fits a turbo and wants to pay shipping, they can have it.

It's got a T3 flange.

JGS Log for the SPI. It is ceramic coated but I cured it on the car not in the oven.

hey bur, fyi that manifold will fit an spi but not a zetec unless you drill and tap holes in the head like the engine in the pic has. You can see the old bolt holes exposed.

Yes it's still cracking.

I have contacted XS-Engineering to build a new manifold and clean up the engine bay. Just basically fix all my hardware issues.

Unless you know of someone else who can do this. Unfortunately local turbo companies that do fab work are hard to find.

I'm going to be selling this manifold soon. Maybe someone who enjoys working with Tom can buy it.
