I have the AVC-R boost controller. I was wondering if anybody knows how to get the thing to not read in metric. Also the controller did not come with instructions on how to hook it up in a focus. Can anybody tell me how to hook it up on a focus so I can use all the other functions it has.

Welcome to Japanese electronics. You're stuck with the Metric system unless Apex-i has released a new version that has English units.
There are no instructions for installation in a Focus because the unit is not designed for use in a Focus. The installation manual clearly states not to use the unit in any car other than what is listed. That said, you might get it to work. You will need to splice into the ECU wiring harness for ground, power, speedo, tach, and TPS. The AVC-R might not play well with the Focus VSS (vehicle speed sensor) or the TPS. Good luck. P.S. Next time buy an AEM Tru Boost
