Finally got my Focus Sport Turbo Stage 1 & 2, installed it, but I'm stuck because I don't have the new ECU program to run the turbo.. Nothing was sent to me. Does anyone have it?
ECU: JSD1 (2003 Focus ZX3 2.3L MTX)

Help! Need ECU Program for FS TURBO STG.2

IIRC the tune is emailed to you once you receive the kit.
 And the only people that can give you that is FS. - Drew
