Ford OKs mazda6 based Sedan. - Focaljet

Not really news but the board has approved the mazda6 based Car. What would you want too see in Ford's new midsize car?

What I would like to see:
the base model 2.0l direct injection engine with manual standard and optional CVT.

the Car should be smaller sportier verion of the 500 they should share styling cues and design execution.

the Car should follow the Focus and 500 and offer a high package interior with great interior space without increases in length. I want a 108in wheelbase with 185in overall length.

the optional 3.0 GEN II duratec V6 220hp. standard 5spd manual and 5 spd auto, or CVT optional.

definate SVT version Supercharged V6 with AWD.

ride and handling better than anything in its class.

keep the price around that of the current taurus, 18,000- 25,000$.

Any other opinions?

Bring back the SHO! But I guess an SVT Taurus would be just that, huh?

Just as long as you can get a stick with any engine I will be happy(I hate it when you can only get the small engine in a stick, like with the escape, the V6 should also have the option of a stick)

would it be to much to ask for them to offer a diesel [img]graemlins/thumbup.gif[/img]

Also please offer a 5 door version, like the Mazda6 5door and the last gen mondeo 5door
