The IMRC motor is what they say they replaced. It was stuck wide open. And is it under the front valve cover on SVT?

Intake Manifold Runner Control. Tells the DSI when to switch over.

Intake manifold runner control. It is located inside the left front fender. Lie on the ground and look up infront of the fender liner and you can see it.

Means there is a short and long intake runner and the IMRC controls them by a cable.I hope that helps answers you question.
Oh and the jury is still out whether or not you are an idiot.
