Thanks FSW - The Ford Focus Forum

A big thank you to Randy, Vik and the guys at FSW for the funnest car I've ever owned. The turbo kit is installed, tuned and running great. The boost puts smileage on my face every day, even on those crappy monday mornings going to work.

Oh and Randy you wanted to know about comments I've had. When we were at the CSCS (Canadian Sport Compact Series) finale at Toronto Motorosports International Raceway (Cayuga as known to us locals) last weekend, there was a guy in a BMW 318i in the pits parked beside me who started talking:

BMW: How's it going. I see you got something sticking under your bumper there.
Me (freaking out): Whoa... what did I hit? Am I leaking oil? etc...
BMW (laughing): Calm down, I'm talking about the intercooler. You running boost in there?
Me: Yeah little turbo, 11psi. Runs 220whp/235wtq. Quarter in 13's.
BMW: Holy ****. Lemme park this thing I want a look.

He was probably the first guy I met who found out I had a turbo without me opening up the hood.

I love sleeper cars.

Welcome to the club. Enjoy it. I know I do. I've had the turbo installed since april/may and haven't stopped smiling since.

there were a lot of people who never knew i was boosted til they raced me. even if i popped the hood lol

^^ same here lol. There is a guy i work with who has a 92 honda h/b who has a fully built sohc 1.6 turbo in his and he was like "wait....... ur car is turbo?" i even popped the hood and he was like "where is it?" HAHAHA!!!

lol yeah its pretty awesome. i modified the stock heat shield so i still can use it, so its VERY hard to see the turbo, even if your looking for it.

course now i have the big opening in the bumper for the intercooler and the cosworth IM, and the oil catch can, so people will know i have something going on..

but anyway, oscarthegrouch you should post some videos!
