On other news, the thermostat bodies are getting anodized this week, should know more on Friday about the shipping dates.

As my update yesterday mentioned, we'll have some when they arrive here from the anodizer.

Someone emailed me the same question yesterday, and I thought we had posted the picture of our plastic prototype here that we used for test-fitment and tolerance measurement. I could not find it throughout the thread, so here that is, not sure if any of you ever saw this before we started the first batch.

Will post the first assembled housing as soon as they arrive!

The first batch of housings are being engraved. Will get a date for their shipping back to us on Monday. All of the ancillary parts scheduled to arrive with these next week, for packaging.

Hey Jason, did you guys use the stock round rubber gasket between this and the head, or did you opt for a regular gasket since they're both aluminum?

I am sure all my calculations are correct, but we will do some pressure testing and a few other things just to make certain. Aluminum expansion and o-ring calculations are pretty straight forward. All the fittings are custom and to the stock specs. I am confident this is a great product.

We are going to keep them in stock but the first run in black is nearly gone. Next run will be in Red and will only take about 2 weeks. This waiting game will not happen again.
