Yes. I don't have that connector. So I'd like to know which color wire goes to which spot on the amp. If I had a picture of the connector from the side the wires are going in to it, I could see where I need to connect each wire to the amp. Same thing for the wires coming out of the amp towards the speaker (only two wires?). Thanks.

BTW, did that sub connector coming from the front of the car run along side of the car with the other bundles of wires that go back for the taillights (etc.)? I just can't figure out why my car wouldn't have that wiring (since it does have the beginnings of it up at the head unit) but I don't see it in the back with the other wires (i looked along the door sill, too) but maybe the sub wiring was run along a different path?

Here's a picture I found of a car that didn't come with the sub, but had the wiring. You can see the holes drilled in the wall for the upper bracket, but they are large and not threaded: just like on my car. I'm still wondering how one is supposed to attach the bracket...

Hello all,
I am having a similar issue as I have the connector for the amp, but I am unsure of the wiring diagram for the amp. It looks as i will have to make a harness but i also need the wiring colors / info. I dont have the harness as in the picture but it is at the radio.

Hopefully this will help you. The harness that plugs into the subwoofer amp is Ford part number WPT-667 and retails for $36. Trex5000 posted this picture from crutchfield.com and the following info on the wiring:

Subwoofer Amp Wiring
Pin #3, GY/BK, Subwoofer - Input (negative input, i.e. rca shield)
Pin #4 WT/BK, Subwoofer + Input (i.e. rca center wire)
Pin #5 Red Constant 12 Volt
Pin #6 Red Constant 12 Volt
Pin #8 BK/BU Chassis Ground
Pin #9 BK/BU Chassis Ground
Pin #10 WT/RD Amp remote turn on wire

some cars had different colors like blu/org for power or blk/yellow for subwoofer neg input or something like that, but the colors aren't really important for those of who don't have this harness at all since we've got to add our own wiring anyway.

On the factory wired cars, the 12v power wire runs though a 30 AMP fuse labeled #24 that is located under the hood (and then splits to two wires just before going into the connector near the amp).

I should have the harness from Ford later this week and I'll post a picture of what it looks like so you guys can see how much wire they provide. I suspect they provide this pigtail with all ten wires plugged in and all black wiring, like in this picture from psycho401 at focusfanatics forum:

The connector arrived today and it looks just like in the picture above. Has ten wires (we only need 7) and has butt connectors and shrink tubing in the package as well. I'm going to wire it up tomorrow.

Does anyone still have the radio connection colors/information for the sub connection?. I thought I saw it on here but I can't find it. Thanks in advance.
