yeah they come up on Ebay from a seller in England I think, but I still want the shape of the stock door panels

Have you thought of covering the current door panels?
Flat panels seem to be pretty easy to make and don't require vacuum to help bon the CF.

That's not bad at all for CF door panels! I've heard that there is a matte finish CF that is even lighter than the usual glossy stuff. Ask if they have that available.

Yeah, if it were going in a race car, then I see no reason to not try to do it yourself for much less. It doesn't need to be show quality I do not think.

i think making a flat panel like terrible1 did with aluminum in his car and molding in an arm rest in the process would be easier and probably look pretty cool.
