Removel?

so i wanna paint some pieces inside my foci, and i was having trouble removing the TOP vents (not the ac vents the circle ones on the top corners..) oh yeah, my foci is a 2005! not sure if that matters..

and also the inside door handle pieces..
not the power window and lock surrounding but the bottom handle piece!
