I doubt they'll fit. Those are in a Mk2 ST....

But those being a Recaro, they might fit the EAP Recaros...

Those would be nice in our EAP Recaros, but I bet they'd be expensive to order unless you have a source.

The rear EAP seats do not look like that... they are just stock rear seats with leather and perforated leather inserts. The front seats are the ones that have the Recaro logo and bolsters.

If those rear seats fit my car, I'd gladly replace mine with them... but just judging by the broad flat top, I'd say the don't fit.

As for the headrests... just have someone in the UK measure the distance between the posts, and the post diameter, and compare to yours.

I think you lucky EAP-equipped owners should post up a picture of the stock EAP rear seats here for comparison's sake for us enviers

Ah, I see the differences now. Are the EAP rears even Recaros? Those do look to indeed just be black leather-covered stock rears

The rears aren't Recaro; they're just wrapped to match them.

could just find two extra center rear head rests and replace the sides with the centers for a similar look to the recaro setup

just an idea

with the SVT rear headrests that we have here in the US (they are the same for the EAP and non EAP SVT's), the posts on the center headrest are closer together than those of the two side headrests. You couldn't take center headrests and mount them on the sides

And as has been stated. The original picture shows the geniune Recaro rear seats that the Mk2 Focus in Europe got on the ST version

Indeed those are on the Focus ST3.

They look similar to the headrests that come in the MK6 fiesta here in the UK too. Which come in cloth as well as the rarer leather.

Incorrect.

Both the center and side SVT headrests measure 4.75" post to post.
