I would assume it'd be pretty much like doing the headliner.

Your material ... some 3M 76 or 77 ... and a lot of patience.

But I've not done it so can't really say for certain.

a lot of people have, its not TOO difficult, but just make sure the material is thick enough so it wont absorb the texture and look all lame sauce.

people in the vw world do it all the time, I will probably do it one of these days

I wouldn't mind doing something like that to the dash but in black to keep the interior color the same.

Heh ... I though you had that stuff patternteked or whatever that one place is called that dips plastics.

Never even thought of it being fabric.

I covered my door handle inserts n material recently, the way I described above.

how did you do it? is it what people are saying and just some kind of fabric with spray adhesive on the back? or is it some kind of vinyl wrap? or?

My interior is all vinyl wrapped (minus the dash, and roofliner)..I dont have a closeup but it is smooth and you cant even tell its plastic underneath it looks stock. Just used high build primer on the panels until its relatively smooth, they glue on the fabric or material

+1 on that reminds me of an inverse of the Euro dashes that I've seen.. I think they do dark on top, with the beige in the bottom
