Thumbs up Another satisfied customer!

Got the race plates installed. Here's the settings I ended up with at the alignment shop:

Front
Camber: L: -2.41 R: -2.69
Caster: L: +3.1 R: +3.6
Toe Out: .11" total

Rear
Camber: L: -.8 R: -1.9
Toe: Zero

Thanks Leo, for all the work you did developing these plates and for all the great service you provided during the install questions! I'll try to send more folks your way!

Not entirely related, but here's another happy customer.

Loe and Sandy really do provide excellent customer service, and my hats off to them. Thanks for your help!

Not sure why, might be the factory geometry being out of whack. Isn't it a common problem for the right rear to be especially wacky on earlier ZX3's like mine?

Thanks, Sandie has been around racing for 35 years now and back 10 years ago ran our mail order parts business when we ( LCRacing ) were Karting for a living. She knows how important it is to provide our good customers with service and support after the sale not just cheap prices.

You will always get a little more camber on the right side due to the production upper spring perch that will bottom out on the inside of the strut tower. If you use the plates with a smaller diameter spring and perch it will even out.

I am going to start my install this weekend of the race plates I got around 2-3 months ago. Its going to be fun...also replacing the stock control arm bushings with poly replacements!

Leo, I also had the lower collet welded to the adapter plate for an easier install with my HR race springs. Hopefully everything goes acording to plan!

Out of all the Camber plates that we have sold we have only had 1 other customer weld the parts together.

Well now you have 2! I figured that since I am running the same setup as that person was, & before I pull things apart and find that I need to anyway, be on the side of caution and just tack weld the lower collet.
