Default ASAP! Plate Installation

The instructions don't say if there is a difference (L or R) I'm going on the assumption that there isn't. Am I correct? Also I'm going out on the limb here that the plate has to be able to slide left and right.

Joe, You are correct the Street plates are the same. they need to slide from the centerline of the vehicle to outboard of the vehicle

I just wanted to say, these have made a HUGE improvement over what I had there. My only issue was with the top nut, we had to sand it just a bit to get it to fit into the bearing.

Do you have pictures of the install and of them installed?

I am still up in the air about these. It is a decent amount of money to spend, not sure if i want to use my SPC plates or switch up to these.

I'll PM you with my analysis. I don't want start a fire about the SPC plates out in the open.

I don't have any pictures of the install, though it was as crystal clear as could be (once I made the right assumption that both sides were the same.)

Everything went together great, just a little sanding (by little I'm talking, very little here, it was more of a "finish" made it just too snug) to get the top retaining nut to fit into the bearing.
