What is the difference between the rally brake kit and the svt brake kit?

I believe the difference is the size of the front rotor and the caliper mount location for the Rally Kit. I think rotor is the same size as the ZX3. Also the Rotor Might be a little more heavy duty. I will have to check to make sure. The rears are the same as the SVT though as far as size.

The main difference between the two is that the rally utilizes smaller front rotors, 280mm, to allow the use of 15" wheels. Other than that, it's the same as the SVT kit.

You can get 2007 Focus ST rotors from the dealer.
