i have a `02 SVT Focus that my father and i are starting to prep for STS national competion.

i was hoping that you might have some suggestions on suspension set up...i am considering running 650 to 750# front springs with no bar and 1000# rear(574# at the wheel) with an adjustable rear bar.

any input is welcome,thanks for your time,steve.

Go with as much negative camber as possible. If you get the race plates, look to get around -2.5. Go with 1/8" total toe out in front and zero toe rear with -1.2 camber in rear.

Caster in front ended up being 3.1 with Koni Yellows and LCR race plates.

Make sure you tell Leo what struts you are going to run so he can get you the proper top nut thread to match.
