Question though, my caster is 2°48' left and 3°06' right, is that a bad thing that they are off like that?

no thats how its supposed to be the extra camber on the driver side is for road crown so your car will still go straight even on a embanked road

Say again?
We're talking about caster, not camber, and he has less on the driver's side whereas the old rule of thumb for grandma was slightly
more caster on the driver's side to compensate for road crown, not banking... road crown and banking are two different things...
While more driver's side caster may reduce a vehicle's tendency to steer away (down) from the "crown" of the road, it would prolly create "pull" under straight line braking on a flat road.
I wouldn't know as I've always requested no difference in caster between sides, nor camber between sides; I like my stuff square and I'll deal with "crown" on my own. The focus as a mass-produced uniltbody with modular subframes is not always perfectly "square" and since the only factory provision for alignment adjustments are for toe, we live with what we can until quality bits like the LCR camber plates are installed.
As for an answer to Croc!'s Q, it's not necessarily a "bad thing" if the car feels stable to you. It's not an emergency, but you may want to have a qualified shop have a look and determine where the inequity stems from and attempt to lessen or eliminate the difference entirely (if nothing's bent, then a somewhat hack method to correct this would be to slightly slot the strut tower's struttop mounting bolt holes...)
